FAQ
Can nutrition really help my PCOS?
Absolutely! In an ideal world, you eat everyday, multiple times per day. So you better believe the way you nourish your body has the potential to support you in feeling your best! That said, this does not mean you have to cut out or eliminate foods to do so. Together, we focus on what nutrients we can add to your diet to support your PCOS.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card to pay for services?
Yes! As a healthcare provider, I accept payment through HSA and FSA.
Do you take insurance?
I do not currently take insurance, but you can use an HSA or FSA account to pay for services.
Will I lose weight?
In PCOS, weight gain may be a side effect of the condition. As a Health at Every Size (HAES) (TM) aligned practitioner, I focus on supporting you through getting to the root cause of your PCOS symptoms and including behaviors that can improve these symptoms. In doing so, some may lose weight, some may gain weight, and some may maintain their weight. When engaging in behaviors that support you in feeling your best, you may settle into a weight that is right for you.
