Mint Chocolate Chunk Frozen Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

- 2 cups full-fat plain Greek Yogurt

- 1/8 cup pure maple syrup

- 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves (I used spearmint!)

- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks (70%+ for the benefits!)

- Additional mint and chocolate for topping, if desired.

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Place in refrigerator for about an hour to give flavors time to combine.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Spread mixture in an even layer on baking sheet (about a 1/2 inch thick).

4. Top with additional mint and chocolate, if desired.

5. Freeze until firm (~3 hours).

6. Break up into pieces and enjoy!
